HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?
- Kinder Good offers a variety of embellishment types. For best results, wash all garments on gentle cycle using cold or cool water with mild detergent. Bleach or bleach-like products are not recommended and you should not dry-clean. To maximize garment life, lay flat to dry, hang to dry. While tumble-dry is not recommended, if you must, please dry on lowest heat setting.
- Kinder Good does offer one type of vinyl where cold water is not recommended. If this vinyl was used on your garment, you should receive a care card instructing you to wash in warm water. If you have any questions or believe that your garment may be decorated with this vinyl, please email kindservice@kindergood.com prior to wash
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
- Because each garment is made to order, Kinder Good does not offer refunds except in the unfortunate event that your garment arrived defective or damaged. If you believe either is the case, please email photos and a brief explanation, along with your order number to kindservice@kindergood.com prior to wash and/or wear. Upon verification of defect, Kinder Good will issue store credit for the amount of garment. No cash refunds will be given. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- Most items will ship within 2-3 days of order date. On some occasions, your item may be delayed by a holiday and/or weekend. We ship USPS and provide tracking for your orders. If you haven't received tracking information within that 2-3 days, please send a message to kindservice@kindergood.com so we can help locate your order.
